How much does the lsu playcalling system really affect your legs while down in the stance? Does that 20 seconds down have a major impact on firing off the ball? Can understand probably late in the game. Just curious

shouldn't have much of an effect whenever your offense is on the field for only 5 minutes per half.

It's not so much physical fatigue as it is timing. It just throws everything off from the start. When was the last time you saw a false start called on a center? It's killing our timing.

physically no affect mentally it can create last second communication errors and confusion.

If it becomes an issue, just have to center wait to establish the LOS so the linemen aren't restricted.

I've gotta think it affects timing. Probably late in the game, when the legs are tired, it sucks to crouch for 15 seconds before every snap. I know in high school, I hated maintaining that position.

Cool, I was thinking that it would start to wear you out after awhile. Especially playing 60 to 65 plays a game. Thats basically 20 minutes of crouching. F that!

Timing is unaffected as this is the pace that is practiced.
Yea, fat kids in HS usually have issues with stamina..........j/k

I believe that false start on the center was the fact that he flinched the ball before actually snapping it. That doesn't have as much to do with fatigue as it does not having a firm grip on the ball.
