How could Ensmimger offense look so much better when he basically had a week to prepare on the run. Canada has had months to prepare this crap we seeing now.

Go back and look at the times we've scored more than 30 in SEC games.
It wasn't that uncommon under Les in spite of the perception.
We put up points on bad defenses. We stalled against good defenses. Same old story. Even with Ensminger.

Ensminger retired 5 years ago. The guy posing as Ensminger is actually Art Briles. Art could not be seen in a conspicuous role due to ncaa sanctions and refused the job of OC.
