What's the big deal? We control our destiny. Been saying all year thatthee game @ UGA was the hardest regular season game of the year. That was the most balanced team on our schedule, in one of the most hostile stadiums in the country, and we damn near squeaked out a win.

Iron sharpens iron. Our team has their backs against the wall from this point forward and they will not be outscored again this season.

No. It was a great game AT Georgia. Sure, we made some mistakes, but I still feel good about what I am seeing from the offense. This loss won't kill us. If we just take care of the West, we can get another shot at Georgia on a more neutral field, and there is even still a chance of a BCSNCG.

People are in meltdown mode not because of the loss, but because they realize that we will not be able to control our own destiny with a horrible horrible defense like what saw yesterday. What makes the loss even worse? This defense doesn't seem to be fixable in a short term.

We lost 2 conference games in 2007 - giving up a bunch of points in them, too. (We lost to Florida, fairly early in 2003, as well.)

However, we'd demonstrated we had the talent to play with anyone. We certainly have an offense as good as any in the conference - if the defense improves just a little bit, we get past Bama, we could be facing UGA in December with the chance to prove that we can beat them on a neutral field, or we've improved just a little more than they did.

This game does not lessen our chances of winning it all - it remains about aTm and Bama - mainly Bama.

we ain't winning jack this year if we lose 2. Bama will not lose 3 SEC games.

and no we are not losing two then beating bama and beating them in a two loss tiebreaker. that ain't happening with their schedule either.

Georgia DOme is far from neutral ESPECIALLY when UGA plays there. Ever been to a SECCG?

LSU still controls their destiny for the most part and they played an exciting game, about all I can ask for since I watch football to be entertained

I'm disappointed in the lack of defense yesterday, but knowing UGA will likely be the SEC-East representative in the SEC Championiship game, I would actually prefer losing to them now rather than having to beat them twice to win the SECC. Take care of business in the West and then win the rematch.

So what. A & m isn't as balanced as uga, their d is worse than ours. We may literally score 70 on them. Alabama is great, sure, but that offense ain't uga. I like our chances.

If we are playing for a championship, with this offense, ilike our chances.

Don't you understand how miles coaches? We're in the playoffs now. These kids ain't losing again.

All good here. Hard fought game with some issues. I actually feel better about the aggies and Bama after this game. Win out and the SEC and we have a damn good shot at the title.

No, but because of ticket sales - our fans do get a decent share, at least against UGA - it will be way more neutral than Athens, don't you agree?

No. I'm ok. I didn't realize how bad our defense was but in the end I think they were good enough to win that game. They came up with a big stop late in the 4th and if ODB hadn't muffed that punt I think we win the game.

Eta: and I think UGA is probably the best team in the SEC right now.
