They should all shut up at this point, but here it is. Far cry from the done deal claimed by DA. Believe what you choose, but it was never happening. Move on.

If you believe that I have some ocean front property to sell you. If Miles was safe, why allow the scene that occurred in Tiger Stadium on Saturday to happen?
Even more damning was an interview Jimbo Fisher gave this week on the Rusillo show and he basically pleaded the fifth about the possibility of coming to LSU.

Miles stated he hadn't talked to Alleva before Saturday.
Miles specifically said he didn't know he still had a job until after the TAMU game.

Fans like you are all worried about repeating the 90s. It started in the late 80s JUST LIKE THIS. And you're embracing it.
LSU could have had Spurrier after Arnsparger. Instead LSU promotes Archer on Arnsparger's recommendation. LSU fails again. Arnsparger hires Spurrier 2 years later and UF 90s commence. UF 90s could have been LSU 90s. LSU could have hired Spurrier in 2005. Instead they allow Saban to jet in and out on a Dolphins plane.
Now LSU has a chance to hire Jimbo and LSU does an LSU. Politics, simple minded thought, no foresight.

Alleva controls the crowd now too? Look, he handled it poorly, but the fact is that Alleva's job is to make recommendations. Perhaps he did that, but he did not negotiate, he did not make an offer. That's because he has to have FKA and the BOS with him and they were not going to make a move.

From reading the transcript, I feel like he called this interview at the request of Les to have an LSU official give him some strong public backing while he is out there answering all these questions about his future with recruits and their families.
