Here are his points.

1. The storm isn't as bad as anticipated.
2. No other game in Florida or nationally has been cancelled.
3. We will play Monday in an empty stadium if necessary.
4. LSU will not cancel a home game, especially because of the impact on local businesses, which are still struggling from the floods.
5. This is the ONLY way this game gets played.

Alleva's hands were tied up to this point, but the ball is in his court now.

It's too late. He has already been trampled on by Sankey and Foley, his hands are tied now more than ever.

Tuesday and Wednesday is when he needed to draw attention to what they were doing.

He should say "some in the media have said that Florida does not want to play us because they have injuries and that they believe that not having an additional lose to us will give them an advantage over other SEC east teams, but I am not sure about that"

Make them say no. Make them say it in front of the entire world.

Just prepare yourself to be bent over again when the SEC forces LSU to play Florida on November 19th.

Joe just needs to call UF out for being afraid to play LSU.

The time to do that was Tuesday or Wednesday. Alleva probably had the right idea, but he fails in managing the process time and time again. This is another example.

Yep, and you can probably expect that announcement as early as Monday if Tennessee loses tomorrow.

The time is now since it is clear the storm missed UF. Time is also running out. He needs to call a press conference in the next few hours.

Monday won't happen. Both teams sent their players home.

He needed to do that Tuesday afternoon.
He needed to do that Wednesday afternoon.
He needed to do that yesterday morning.
He needed to do that immediately after the announcement.

Since he didn't do any of that, it is now over. The SEC and Florida control the story. The only ball in Alleva's court is agreeing to play on November 19th. That's the only thing people outside of our fan base want to hear from him.

Since he wasn't proactive, that is now his only role in this situation.

bullshite. This is his moment to shine. Even if they won't play the game, we take the high ground. I saw an article on ESPN saying that they want to play us in Nov, but we refused. Let's get our own narrative out there.

He needs to lay out the case for the forfeit after detailing the differences in how this was handled and how our game in 2005 was handled. UForfeit has refused to play us. Tigers Win!!

If you expect him to shine you will be disappointed. There is no high ground for him to take. He lost any possibility of it yesterday. Anything he does now will be seen as whining about Florida making a tough decision in the interest of safety, and then he'll be roasted for being uncooperative about November 19th.
