I have followed LSU/sports long enough to know that just bout anything can happen, but LSU releasing the most successful football HC in our history and one of the top 5 most successful HCs in college football the past 11 yrs. isn't one of those "anything can happen".

I wonder how A&M and their fans feel bout being 0-4 to LSU when they are paying their HC 5 mil and their staff more than we do?
I wonder what Ga. and their fans think when they see Miles catching this kinda flack when their coach playing in a weaker div. has less wins since 05 and zero NCG appearances?

LSU # 2 in wins among teams playing power 5 conference football since 2000. That's the company I like and there is no program in college football who hasn't had off years during that time period.
Why do we have to emotionally wet our pants every time LSU falters when we such a rich history of college football excellence since 2000 to look back on?

I wasn't a expert or had sources.
But I did say after the way things went down the last two weeks, I didn't think there was anyway LSU could bring Les back.
So my opinion was wrong.

My head is not buried anywhere. 8 L's in the last 2 yrs is not acceptable at LSU.
I don't think there is a sane LSU fan around who doesn't feel the same.
I am just not ready to fire anyone over it...yet. If you are, knock yourself out.
