All those who complain about LSU opening on the road

Now and forever need to STFU! Not only does LSU get to play better opponents in these kickoff games, but there is zero chance of something like this clusterf*** happening when you play in a dome!

But what if it's the Superdome and the lights go out?

1918 WW1 was the last time a game was cancelled....

Neutral game sites are stupid and the fans are starting to quit attending. LSU is the exception. Their fans will travel anywhere. There's nothing like a college campus before the first football game in September.

Great idea ! We should open every season with a neutral site game....while we're at it, since it's soooo good for LSU alumni in OTHER cities, and really boosts recruiting and the "exposure" is thru the roof......why not "sell" an SEC home game as well ? Vandy did this with a "home" FL game which was "sold" to Jacksonville, a few years back !
I mean really what's the point of playing any more big games in Tiger stadium....our season ticket holders will be more than happy with such an arrangement let alone the B.R. area business community !

Hurricane season is a messed up time of the year to open up with football. That's all! But the NCAA rules are screwed up! I would say frick the SEC and go over there heads to the NCAA to make this game up the very next day on a Sunday if I could. I have no clue why these games can't be made up?? Just stupid!

That's why you have a CONTINGENCY PLAN in PLACE ! Damn...how difficult is this to understand ?
THe exact same thing happened with the FL/Idaho game last year. NO plan in place so, the game was simply CANCELED...WTH ? Here we have a game vs. a team from less than 130 miles away, on a HOLIDAY weekend and ZERO contingency plan !

There has not been a cancelled game (once it started) since 1918.
I think we are just all angry and wanting to play the blame game.

These are the cards we've been dealt. Time to deal with it and move on.
