That's one way to say it.
Yet another, more accurate way to say it is,
"He got played by Sexton, embarrassed the team, the coach and the university, possibly impacted the outcome of 1 or 2 football games, negatively impacted recruiting at a critical time and demonstrated again he is unfit to run a major university's athletic department."

Alleva needs to get the frick out of BR. He botched this whole deal as bad as he did the lacrosse scandal.
He could have ended all this a long time ago if he truly had no plans to fire Miles. But he didn't b/c he wanted Miles gone. It blew up in is face.
