What is being done right over the tracks by the stadium? Is that just more parking or is that going to be a building of some sort?

The new berm will be hollowed out to provide covered parking. It'll be called the Smoke Laval Parking Cave.

It was originally supposed to be RV parking (paid, I'm sure). I'm not sure if this is going to be RV or regular.
