LSU looked vastly more impressive against a better team. At least that's what this tells me.

The shoe is on the other foot for the Gumps this year, they think they are all that, but we are much more versatile and have rhe best player in America on our side! We gonna go off in Bama this year and I really think Fournette has his Heisman moment and we take this game and rip their Gump hearts out! It is time!!!

And I'll be there to take it all in too. Praise be to Leonard.

Since the Cam Rob thread was whacked for some reason (Bama game related)....

Cam Rob does seem to be having some to a little trouble with speed rush, mainly getting out of his stance. Can't help but wonder if there's an ankle or knee injury nagging him there. We should put Key (or Bower?) over him all game. If that's true both take advantage of it and maybe aggravate it at the same time.

He's also those "young man" problems with twists/stunts too. That can be corrected and may be more about the center, protection calls, and the guard beside him. It may be a total OL issue, not just him.

That Rick Flair quote is appropriate, I'm about as positive as I can be about LSU getting it done.

It will end up the same way most LSU/Bama games do. It will be a chess match, evenly played with the outcome determined by turnovers and penalties. I'd love to see the Tigers, run all over them but don't see either team win by a large margin. It just doesn't happen when these old foes meet.

LSU has vastly improved since the E. Michigan game. And we've found a passing attack. I think the Tigers will win in Tuscaloosa.

The special teams nightmare scares me though. We can't continue to give up field position every time we kick or return a kick. OK not ever time but statistically worse than all other schools. Diatoms continually playing with a SHORTER field will be tough to overcome. And sure hope our secondary can play better once they are healed up a bit.

Just saying I don't see no freaking cake walk here.

They have the better defense. We have the better offense. Special teams and penalties are going to play a large roll (captain obvious I know).

However, our defense matches up with them much better than most teams. I think Les planned it that way. We really do need a win and I couldn't be more proud of the way Harris has played this year.

Also, just getting to watch LF in a tiger uniform was worth everything this year. I do think we are the favored team this year and I BELIEVE we will
"get er done" .

Haven't ya'll heard ! We are not even in the discussion. We should just forfeit the game because ESPN,CBS,and all the pundits have already said Alabama is to good for us. I personally think we should not go to Tuscaloosa on Nov. the 7th because we don't stand a chance. They have already been crowned !

Actually the opposite. I saw Bama coming together as a team and improving.

I don't see us beating them in two weeks.

Wow! That's what you saw in the game against Tennessee yesterday? I saw a team that struggled like hell and looked very beatable. For sure they don't belong on the pedestal that some LSU fans put them on.

Cam did not look close to 100%. Hope I'm wrong, and he was though
