possible yet unlikely. optimism has certainly engulfed our fan base. probably due to BH becoming a folk hero (even before he starts)

Just hope we win the games that we should. Don't lose them in the last few minutes, making dumb mistakes costing us 3rd down conversions, and getting the defense off the field on 3rd and long. I think if we do this we're going to win a lot of games. All the talent is there.

I sure hope so. But let's worry about State and Aubie before we start looking ahead,

OSU gets them at home

MSU has to play Oregon, at the big house, @ Neb, vs. Penn St. at the end of the year.

OSU gets MSU and Penn St. at home, and has one of the easiest schedules I have seen in a long time.

They are definitely making the playoff.

Excuse me, they "should" make the playoff and have a better chance than anyone, sans bama as long as they dont lose more than maybe 3 games.

Disagree. Ohio state won't fall all the way down to the Citrus or Cap One bowl.

They aren't scheduled for a regular season game, therefore I disagree.

It's tough to repeat--even in the Big Ten. Everyone will be out to get Ohio State.

Like many have said about the Tigers, we should know a lot more after the first three games.

They're 38-3 over the last 3 seasons and return almost everyone from the NC team and are 2 deep at the QB position.

Their schedule appears to set up favorably as well. MSU could take them out but they get them at home.

I don't think UM will be that improved in the first year to take them down but it is a rivalry game.

[u]I think Mich St wins the Big 10.

MSU may have a "let down" game against Air Force (inside info on them suggests that everyone should be glad they didn't schedule them for the easy win this year) that could decide their fate right after the Oregon game if they lose to Oregon. And Wisconsin will be good again but they likely lose to Bama in the opener and then an up and down year after that. A lot of "ifs", but considering that Ohio State is in the driver's seat with a relatively "easy" schedule, I would bet on the Buckeyes to win that conference as of now leaving the other 2 contenders as not-so-close seconds. That said, my fun prediction on this question is if QB play is average to good, LSU plays OSU in the first round of play-offs as we beat the Gumps late season and win the West and SECCG.
