that they have a decent qb but they use their TE's and spread the field to get their running game going. Also there qb sets up in the shotgun. Alabama pretty much does the same offense.
Can LSU please get out that fricking power I shite and utilize their TE's in the passing game.

Wouldn't running the power I be beneficial to using tight ends in the passing game?

Let's hope that our QB play improves like Brandon Allen of Arkansas did from last year to this year. His numbers looked very similar to AJ last year and this year looked better, not all American #s by any means, but he did improve enough to help his team instead of being a liability.

Its amazing how so many people don't know what the power "I" is. These include fans and especially announcers who are supposed to know the game.

Bo Schembechler didn't run that type of offense in 1972 so it must not work.

If our QB's still suck at the beginning of next year, we should only run option plays for the rest of their careers.

I may be unclear on what the power "I" is. Can you explain so I know for certain. Thanks. Not a troll. Just may be uninformed.

Boils down to not having the a qb with a good enough arm and another without enough experience/brains. The Power I is actually great for utilizing TEs in the passing game. Problem is, you pretty much exclusively run timing routes out of it. Bad QB = no passing out of the I

Two TE set with full back lining up directing in front of the RB. RB dotting the "i".

Yes, but those plays are in the "Secret Playbook" and Cam doesnt even have a copy of it...Chief is in charge of it...

Bos coaching philosophy just landed Harbaugh 48 million. How you doing this morning?
