We know the Aggies like to ignore the overall LSU / A&M record, including the Jackie Sherrill golden years when they went to 3 Cotton Bowls but never beat LSU (0-3). Instead they tend to focus on 1990 - 1995. They also tend to forget the following, as described by Ivan Maisel in The Sporting News in January 1994:

"Texas A&M received NCAA probation last week. In related developments, the federal deficit rose, the sun set in the west and Roseanne said something controversial.

OK, so the Aggies aren't that habitual. Their most recent probation, No. 7, ties them with SMU and Wichita State for the lead among bad guys. Given that the Aggies have been nailed three times since 1990, you have to like their momentum to take sole possession of first place."

Hmmm. Aggie Code of Honor??

My memory is anything but selective. I'm well aware of the series record ... one of the reasons I hated to see it end. For multiple reasons, A&M-LSU was/is a natural rivalry, and I'm looking forward to the CB.

Me too. I miss playing them every year. They should have come over to the SEC. Playing them every year in football and baseball would be awesome. I would love to see LSU play in Kyle Field every other year. As it is now I go there every now and then but its usually agains Kansas, Iowa St etc. ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ

They stink as a university. I lived in Houston 12 years and at one point rooted for them over Texas since Texas was buying away coaches from LSU. Now that these pompous assholes are coming on here talking trash when they have not been a relevant program since 1995, it has brought back memories of how much I hated those snuff dipping bitches. F them and their cow tipping boot licking trolls they call women.
I see Michael Ford ripping off some Harvey Williams runs in their furture. They thought Nebraska played them tough defensively, just wait. And as far as O. They forget we have the pride of Hempstead Texas who will want to have a career game against their sorry asses.

The old SWC was dirty as hell. Every major program was caught cheating in the late 80s. A&M, OU, UT, Texas Tech, etc.

A&M got in trouble twice with several infractions each time - but the NCAA went light on the penalties because it concluded that A&M as an institution had no knowledge or participation in the infractions.

So yes, A&M has a large number of infractions because alumni were paying some players for more hours than they worked, but I wouldn't say A&M is institutionally corrupt. A&M should have been watching better and absolutely should have known what was going on with its players. That's a far cry from Auburn directly paying for play.

I did too until the crap coming out of their mouths sounded just like the longhorns.

Resulting in the tiresome "academics" smacktalk.

When their shitty conference disintegrates, the Pac-10 would be the best place for them. Those west coast schools would be much more accepting of the whole "brokeback mountain" Aggie culture.

A The Big 12 is easily the 2nd best conference

B UT fits in with the Pac 10 culture, A&M fits in better with the SEC, like it or not.

That's the trash/Rivalries board on TexAgs. Some of those comments are def out of line--not at all collectively representative of Texas Aggies. For what it's worth, for every one shitty statement over there, there are thousands of other Ags who would call it out.

It's a shame you were the only Aggie to do the "calling out".
You're ok by me EKG, hope you hang around.

It would be competitive and exciting. Far better than playing ULL, LA Tech, ULM, or Tulane every year.

I was pissed LSU didn't want to continue the series and instead we choose to play North Texas to start the season.
