With Weis as good as gone...Notre Dame is one of the few programs that can throw more money then any to get who they want..

How much do they throw at Saban to lure him away from Bama? He has to be high on there list of new coaches.

I could be wrong, but I think Saban has every thing he needs at Bama. He's moved around enough now to know what he wants. The only way I see him leave is if he gets bored after 10 years like Spurrier did.

Saban is too smart to put himself in that situation even for a price...

Saban is not an option but ND will definately make a run at Urban. If he says no, then I think you'll see the Kelly, Patterson route taken. Just a guess on candidates but I think the ND Admin. realizes they can't F this up as they have the last 3.

Forgot to mention Stoops. I think his non-denail yesterday was encouraging from an ND perspective. I would obviously be estatic w/ that hire but would be surprised if anything came of it. Then again, maybe he needs a new challenge and the peaks don't get any higher than in South Bend when you win.

I can say only two things about this statement Boh; 1. it is pure B.S. and 2. if it would be true, Saban would denie it.

i don't see saban coaching another 10 years. he's 58 years old and he isn't the type to slow down.
