I see it the same way as you Rickdaddy.

I still think Saban is the GOAT cfb coach but i can also admit that he has been extremely lucky the 5-6 years.
His only real injury was to a wr.

For sure. Whats really laughable is how they say Saban left Miles a top 5 program and during the last 5 years miles has taken us out of top 5.

Here is the kicker....
Saban's 5 year tenure at lsu he had 16 losses and 12 sec losses.
Miles' last 5 years( the 5 years everyone loves to shite on) had 15 losses and 12 conf losses.

I could see florida beating us this year. We will have had a 3 game stretch of sec opponents. They are gonna be solid this year. If Bama has an average quarterback they could beat us. The great equalizer is experience and we have it. This team will be mentally tough and won't make a lot of mistakes. If we are on the plus side on turnovers in the big games we win all of them.

the only reason florida has a chance in that game is where the game is being played.

their offense is still poop, but they will have a really nasty D. however, fournette went for 150 on that defense last year.

What are yours based on? Pessimism? Cynicism?

You left out sheer idiocy.

9-3 is very optimistic. How can one possibly see the team that we watched yesterday winning 4 games against Florida, BAMA, Ole Miss, A&M, Auburn and Arkansas? I won't be surprised if they drop 4 of 6.

It's fine. Rick said we would only drop 1. All according to plan.

I like the bump, and gave you an upvote for it, but I wouldn't be here saying I told you so about a prediction of 9-3. No way in hell does this team go 9-3 in any scenario. Two more losses to Alabama and Arkansas are already in the books and frankly it would be a miracle if they didn't lose at least five, and six or more is a hell of a lot more likely than four or less.

They are? I thought Wisconsin was the first game.

Today is the first day of this week. Earlier this evening, the weather man told me the exact minute the sun will rise tomorrow. And he's going to be right. An internet page tells me what day of the week it will be on December 20th, 2984. It will also be right. There are some things about the future that are uncertain. There are other things that are governed by math and physics that are absolutely predictable. LSU's losses to Alabama and Arkansas are more reliable than any of them as long as Les Miles continues to graze in Tiger Stadium.

your prediction is hopeful... 7-5 seems more likely or worse.
