I'd put Helms in over Niswanger, especially with Rudy only playing one year under Miles.

Maybe a few changes (I can think of a few WR I'd put over Lafell), but otherwise, that is an outstanding list of players. Especially that DB group

I'd take bowe, Beckham and doucet over butterfingers lafell.

Can we change guy's positions? If we could, I'd like Mingo at one of the OLB spots.
LaFell was a TD machine here his last two years, and Beckham could take the top off the defense. Saying that, I'd take Bowe and Landry as a one two punch in a heartbeat.
Hester and Scott are pretty much a wash for #2 RB IMO.
