Same guy that had Jalen Collins as a top 10 pick 3 years in a row while he was getting burnt and pulled.
I have no idea where they get their info, but i doubt Neal will be a top 15 pick. I'd say LF7, Tre White, Jamal Adams and maybe Pocic go 1st round. Everyone else is a stretch.

Most of these reporters don't have time to watch games out of their regions, so they usually rely on stats. Which as we all know mean nothing.
