Beat OSU tomorrow (1 win). Loser of early game is gone. OSU beats the other team, sending them home. We beat OSU again (2 wins), OSU goes home.

Yeah, this isn't hard to understand.
We're essentially in a regional right now. Sweep 3 games and you win the regional. LSU needs only two more wins to do that.
Earns you the right to go to the championship super regional.
The college baseball postseason amounts to winning a regional then a super then a regional then a super in ascending levels of difficulty.
