Meh. PM did a poor job keeping this team motivated throughout the year. Hardly one of his best coaching jobs. This team should have been turn key. The talented prevailed at the end despite some very embarrassing hiccups. Let's hope they can finish strong otherwise those hiccups will reemerge.

i was convinced once we took care of oklahoma and how the other super regionals ended that we were going to be playing for the championship in omaha. 2 and out stung

About as close as you can get in college baseball. We might have a perfect storm of talented returners like this once every 5 years.
People can rub it in that we are in a good position now but it doesn't take away that we should have never lost to some of the teams we did.

So I guess CPM gets to keep his job....I mean it's not like he did anything but win yet another SEC crown (4), will get yet another consecutive national seed (6), and post the 4th best win/loss record in the history of the program (21-9).....I'm pretty sure anyone can do that at LSU....better hope for his sakes they go to the CWS this year because if we don't then just go ahead and start brushing up the old resume CPM, because you not getting there again would definitely mean you're getting the axe with this fanbase.....here's to high expectations!!!!
