Without Tre White and Beckwith:

9-4

Without Tre White:

11-2

With everyone eligible to return:

12-1 and in the playoff

It's so frustrating

We have to just live with it.

It's sad I have to hope for just 3 losses these days. We already know the wins and losses.. It's going to be almost identical to this season.. not much difference.. Lose to Ole Miss, Alabama, possibly Florida, and Arkansas.. Win against Wisconsin (HOPEFULLY) and the rest. I don't even have to look at the schedule to recognize this. Even when you think Bama is going to be in some own year and we have the advantage.. it still doesn't matter.

I agree as far as Beckwith's importance is concerned. I'm equally as concerned about who the hell helps Les develop Harris and call plays

Are the lines going to be ready to play big boy football?

Will Miles utilize scheme to overcome not always being able to just dominate the opponent physically?

Maybe the oline won't be out of position

Yeah, I guess that's why we've never beaten Bama since Les got here . . .

It's funny how a 5 game streak against us is proof positive things can never change, but a 5 year win streak BY us (like we had against Bama just a few years ago) is just some "fluke" or "aberration" or some other excuse to pretend it's meaningless . . .

We had 2 true freshman oline play significant snaps by year's end and they did a nice job. Pocic needs to move outside if we can manage that. Oline class last year was sick and already seeing these guys.

Dline should not lose much at all. I would not mind seeing either Herron or lacouture mix in much more at defensive end. The depth will depend on our recruiting class. We need a better balance if speed DEs and power DEs that can play the run and win up front.

I think both lines improve. Miles and scheme....I don't know. It took 3 1/2 quarters to get the obvious offensive scheme together. It took all season for defense to play predominantly man coverage. Game planning and adjustments are not out strength.

And along with Les, we get to keep those lovable, sign-waving fans with whom it is always "next year!"

"Oh, Bama is losing their entire defense next year!!"

I don't know why they haven't gotten the message now that Saban and Bama never rebuild, they just reload. They just keep playing for championships, but hey, we have our #zany #goodfamilyman coach.

Isn't it grand?

If Wisconsin beats LSU in Green Bay, things are gonna get ugly fast on here.
