2013 NFL Draft
1st Round - Barkevious Mingo, Jr.
1st Round - Eric Reid, Jr.
2nd Round - Kevin Minter, Jr.
3rd Round - Bennie Logan, Jr.
3rd Round- Tyrann Matheiu*, Jr.
3rd Round- Sam Montgomery, Jr.
5th Round - Tharold Simon, Jr.
5th Round - Lavar Edwards, Sr.
2013 LSU Football would have been the GOAT if we could have kept even half of our underclassmen draft picks.

And in 14 we didnt return 82% of our offensive production. Makes you wonder

Don't tell that to anyone. Our offense just sucks perennially.

Losing Mett was inevitable.
Can you imagine if OBJ had made that catch in his LSU jersey?

With the additions of Coach O and Coach Steele we'll see a ton of enthusiasm which leads to big hits, which leads to more enthusiasm and even more hits. Go Tigers. (Beckwith had some pretty brutal hits last season).

Can't blame them for getting their paychecks, but damn, we lost more guys early to those two drafts than the other six SEC West teams..... COMBINED. Really set the 2013 and 2014 teams back.

It really boggled my mind why LSU kept losing juniors more than anyone else. Now I just accept that LSU will be perpetually young.
But maybe since players like to leave early the offense should be simplified?

The staff has responded by not really redshirting anybody worth a damn since 2009 though.
That 2013 draft class only had 2 true juniors and one got selected in the first round.

As for the 2015 Draft, where LSU saw "only" three underclassmen declare....
Florida State had a nation-leading five underclassmen declare.
Florida and USC had four a piece, while Alabama, LSU and Penn State had three each.
No other program had more than two underclassmen declare for the draft.

Woodyb, I'm going to attribute this to fatigue, but that caught me off guard and I just burned my nostrils with hot coffee. Lol, I'll send you the bill for the burn salve.

It's because they hate Miles and are sick of not developing so they jump ship.
