2006 is the best team we've had in terms of pure talent. Unreal that they lost two games that year.

2006 team was unreal.
Without refgate against Auburn, I really think they beat Fla the next week and go on for the title. That shitshow at Auburn took a lot out of them, and they were sloppy the next week.
4 first rounders for that class, plus a few first rounders in the following years. I think there were u or 8 first rounders in the starting 22 on that team.

Miles could have Tom Brady or A Rogers and he would still lose 2 Games a year!!! Miles blew the Auburn game in 06 when he took away the play calling at half time from Jimbo !!!! when the 06 team didn't win it all, I knew then it would take a miracle for LSU to win a NC under Miles and thank the Lord the Miracle did happen in 07
