i'm anti responding then.

i was in the student section. i had foam from the goal post padding, and grass from the end zone. i would like to say that's my favorite game i've ever been to but i think i enjoyed vs UF 07 more (though i wasn't a student then)

I wanted to go but my dad did not (I was only 13 at the time) because he thought LSU would get killed; he gave the tickets to my uncle.

I still remind him of that decision.

Was 10 years old and my Mom talked me into going fishing with my Dad in Grand Isle. Not that it wasn't a good time, but I still give my Mom hell about letting me miss one of the most epic games in tiger stadium history. I plan on using the guilt she still feels to procure our family's season tickets for this year's UF game...it worked in 2009!

I was not considering I was 6 or 7 years old at the time. I do remember my dad talking about the goal posts coming down and rushing the field. Thats just about it.

They thought I was insane.

Is there anyway to get a copy of that game? I was living in Georgia at the time of the game and was watching it with my teacher who was a huge Florida fan.

No I watched it on TV in Texas which was pretty novel back then. No listening to 870 AM in NO with the signal going in and out.
