1935 LSU Basketball National Champions

Just thought I would share this picture. This is "some" of the team accepting the trophy outside of The Madison Hotel in Atlantic City on April 13, 1935. Very few pictures of the team exist today but I was able to score this from someone. My grandfather was on this team but isn't in the picture. I guess he didn't make the trip.

Thanks all.

No. NIT started in 1938. This was between Helms and NIT. I can't remember what it was called. It was the only year it was called this for some reason.
