11am timeslot doomed this game.

If we had the game originally scheduled for a 6pm kickoff instead of idiotic 11am time slot they would've been more apt to wait and see if they could've played it.
When we move to the Big XII we need to write it into the TV contract that we will not play a game earlier than 6pm.

They can still play the game anytime from Saturday thru Monday. Not sure why the talks stopped

Yeah it was the 11 AM time slot and not the Category 4 hurricane that was passing through or the incompetence of Greg Sankey. But that 11 AM slot just messed it all up....
