I’m willing to bet that out of all the little girls crying over another great winning season by LSU, not one has ever played a down of football in high school or college.

Awwwww shut the frick up. You don't need to play shite to see a poor performance when you see one.

While 10-2 is nothing to be ashamed of, your argument loses its force when you realize that 4 other teams in that conference may have an equal or better record at season's end.

Edit: 5, not 4 teams

We are not 10-2 in conference, we are 6-2 in conference.

Florida and Georgia are 7-1
Bama 6-1
So Car 6-2
A&M 5-2

Thats 5 teams that are equal or better than us in conference. Five! Chew on that for awhile

It’s more than what you see on the field. LSU has played in a lot of tough physical games. A lot of the starters have had nicks and bruises that enable them to practice or play in a game at 100%.

Garbage preformance relative to the talent on the field. Bet against Lsu every chance you get! They always play down to their opponent. I'll go so far as to make this fairly bold statement if A&M Arkansas and oldness don't have five turnovers each we lose all three games!

your argument loses its force when you consider that all but one are ranked in the top ten, and the two teams that beat you are in the top 4, one on the road and one the defending NC Champs

And who caused those turnovers?!?!? I'll make another bet; you can't fix my duck hook.

i dont think anyone is calling this a terrible season, but their is some valid criticism. lsu constantly playing down to its opponent is a concern. lsu beat auburn, ole miss, and arkansas by a combined 15 points... not one of those teams have a winning record. say what u want but style points matter in college football more than any other sport.

Actually the dumbest is your opening statement. I hated nit going undefeated in every sport I have ever played. I hate nit scoring low rounds in golf. I hate not catching a limit of fish everytime I go out. I was pissed if I didn't shoot a perfect 120 score in the academy every day on the range. It's called not settling for anything but first. If you're second you might as well be last.

You won't win everything, everytime. It will not happen.

I've been saying it all year, "Alabama isn't invincible." And sure enough.

I see what you're saying but to not vary from those expectations, at all, you're setting yourself up to be disappointed a lot more than you should be.
