You have to go back further than firing Miles/hiring CEO.
In the 9 year span I mentioned above there were 3 stud OTs: Faulk, Hawkins, and Pocic. One of those one played C.
So 2 stud OTs over a 9 year span, assuming studs play 2 years and there's 2 positions.... that's 9 OTs that need to be SEC quality over that time period.
We've had 2 (with Pocic out of position because of needs elsewhere). We have not been recruiting well enough. So you need development, which is sucking too.
