Why isn't LSU pursuing JUCO ILB Adonis Thomas?

It seems like a natural fit. We are thin at position and need immediate depth. He is from the south (GA) and went to NW MS JC. He is the #4 JUCO prospect overall on Scout.com. Thoughts?
