Whether it was due to us sucking, like Travis Minor or getting shunned, like Joe McKnight. Who's the #1 player that didn't play at lsu that is from LA? I know my pick, but I wanna see what others say first
ETA: apologies for any bad mojo for tomorrow, lol. Frick a mojo though, our staff don't need that

Marshall Faulk is a big one that got away.

The manning's were never coming here. Has to be Marshall Faulk or Ed Reed

In the Top Twenty - Anthony Thomas. Despite rushing for over 2K yards as a sophomore and junior LSU didn't recruit him until his senior year; or two years later than Michigan. Thomas broke rushing records at Michgan and was the NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year.

Is see this snowballing into the "(Insert NFL Player from Louisiana) that didn't go to LSU" Thread.

Are you asking who was the biggest on national signing day, or best ever player once they continued in their career?
Manning and Faulk are 1a and 1b if the latter.
I would argue joe McKnight if the former

judgung by what their career became. You could argue that McKnight was the biggest "we were crying over THAT guy?" In lsu history
