Which (LA) HS QB systems are best ponds to fish in?

We all pretty much know and agree that the vast majority of Louisiana HS QB's are not well-developed from a field vision and pocket presence perspective.
This is asking which HS systems and schools in the state have the best systems for developing the kind of QB that is equipped to do well at the SEC level?
What schools/systems are the better ones? (of course, then such a system has to compete at a strong level and find a strong Qb, otherwise they are not to be considered as much)

La coaches put the best athlete at qb normally. If they're d1, rarely do they play qb.
There's your problem.

LSU needs to reel in a highly rated California guy. He would crush it there. Oh wait...
I misread your post. Nevermind. Thought you asked what states are good at producing qbs.

I know/agree. But there are some systems that could develop a real QB in the state.
Which ones are "in the hunt"?

Most teams do, but I can think of plenty that don't.

Parkway has had three good ones in a row, can't believe Wudtee hasn't blown up yet. Parkways got a couple waiting after Wudtee that will play D1.

Aint about the pond. It can be a puddle in the parking lot at Circle K or Lake Ponchatrain. Go find the fish, wherever the hell he is swimming.

Parkway has had good talent, but didn't develop them the way the OP was asking. Honestly I don't know of any programs in Louisiana that groom quarterbacks for LSU. You either have spread teams like Evangel/Calvary/Neville/OCS or option teams like Curtis/West Monroe/Acadiana.

If West Monroe would throw a little more, they would run a similar offense to LSU now. They went to Auburn and learned their playbook so this past year they were pretty close to 50/50 shotgun/under center. Now they were running it 80% of the time, but that could definitely change next year with a healthy Belton.

I don't know of any QBs really being developed, but there are a couple with passing spread system's.
Parkway and the athlete that will play at TAMU from Warren Easton, threw for 4300 yards and 50 TDs in 2014. I haven't watched his highlights (probably should now), but his passing stats are insane. I'm guessing it was the height that limited QB offers (if he had any)
