When "commits" visit campus on game day?

What kind of perks is the school allowed to give them?
Can they always have field access at least ore and post game?
Are they allowed free tickets to home games?
Are they allowed in the locker room at certain times?

Lol. On another note I was glad that we only had one official visitor last weekend, it's more important if the recruits use their official when we aren't playing. The coaches can spend much more time with them.
