What recruits, if any, will be able to step in on day one and help us?

I do not follow recruiting closely, although I do see some solid players lining up for another top class. What players, though, and positions, can we expect immediate production from?

Leonard Fournette has already been named our starting RB for next season

I wish we had a board for this stuff.

Many of our top targets are skill position guy's, RB,WR, and Athlete's.
Those are 'step-in' spots so right away.

Apparently, our schemes on D are so complex that no true Fr LB is capable of helping out in any significant way.

Recruiting board is your best bet for this information, however a few guys that will step in right away are fournette ( ) and one if not all of the receiver commits. Dupre and Noil would play right away. Not committed yet but they'll sign with lsu. Quinn is less talented than those two but better equipped to play early and often. "High football IQ and great motor" kind of guy. Real Wes Welker type

If we were to get DaQuille he would apparently play a lot soon.

It seems offensive schemes are too complex for a frosh to grasp too. It seems to take 2+ yrs to break in a new QB.

Quille is the best receiver available and would play anywhere in the country.

You're being facetious it seems, but this is true. Few if any true freshman quarterbacks are successful starters.

LF, Clifton Garrett at MLB, Tony Brown could get some PT at the nickel. Gerald Willis on the DL, Malachi Dupre at WR.

Some people can't help being dickheads.

IS CG to be an EE? Against the backdrop of the supposed rationale for Welter playing, i.e., he knows the calls, how could any true Fr step in and play?

Interesting, since he will be playing for Alabama.

Well, no he won't. Barring a coaching change fournette is going to lsu.
Posted on 10/27/13 at 1:10 am to Riseupfromtherubble
So, Bama didn't offer him?

Why do you keep posting this? You're not clever.

Trey Quinn, looks to be in the mold of a young Brandon Stokley with Eric Decker possession ability.
