In Louisiana, LSU once again had the highest passage rate among the leading law schools. Of the 150 LSU students who took the test, 117—or 78%—passed. Tulane had the next highest passage rate, at 72%, followed by Loyola at about 64%, and Southern University at just over 41%. The other law schools in the state collectively posted a roughly 58% passage rate.

She is a 4.0 student, and made a 26 on the act. SU and Lsu has the same exact requirements.

Not true. She was playing on the same summer team as my daughter when she was offered and committed. I have no idea what's behind this switch, however.

I don't understand how it's now impossible it seems to recruit for this program, we are never in the running for any top athletes anymore.

The best players in the state don't even consider us anymore

you are clueless. there is no comparison academically between the two universities. it is not a matter of politics; you are so ignorant.
do you realize the average ACT score of LSUs incoming freshmen a year ago was a 26?

I can't imagine that FBS and FCS schools have different scholarship requirements. That's the bar that a prospective student ahtlete with a scholarship would need to qualify. Schools just add extra restrictions on top to hedge their bets that the student will remain qualified.

Where do some of you come up with crap like this? According to US News University rankings LSU Engineering (Tier 1University)is #62 vs. Southern (Tier 2) at 191. Only 129 spots difference.

Regarding the Nursing School, LSU is rated #9 overall, #5 in public schools, and #2 in the South.

Really? Man this is Chicken Little BS if I ever heard it. I hope you are talking solely about Women's Basketball reruiting.

Good Lord, LSU Football signed an outstanding class last year and that included 3 of the Top Ten in Texas.

This year's class will be another top rated class. It is amazing to read some of the delusional comments on this board. Hillarious.

Calm down.

I'm talking about WBB recruiting

Why the hell would I comment about football recruiting in a WBB recruiting thread
