I like those 3 but like Travez Moore and the Anthony kid as well. Malcolm Roach is one that needs to be in regardless of LB or DE. Kid is a stud. We are gonna pick the guys of that group we want and be in great shape.

The four-star recruit is ranked as the nation’s No. 5 cornerback and the No. 8 prospect in Florida in the 2016 class by 247Sports.com Composite Rankings.
The Crystal Ball reads 73-percent for LSU, nine-percent for Clemson, nine-percent for Alabama, five-percent foggy and five-percent for Florida.
*** Mullen said LSU still leads. He also has high interest in Florida State and TCU. He plans to take all five of his official visits before making his college choice, possibly on National Signing Day.

If this were LB's I would love it, but LSU is got damn stockpiling now at CB. All these kids know LSU is DBU and a virtual farm system for the NFL. Now with Rashard Robinson on the way back (who will be another fine pro) LSU is ridiculously loaded at this position.
Jalen Collins is projected to go in the 2nd or 3rd round and he was one of the lesser talents at CB. The ones comin out after him should all be high picks because they are better. Mills, White, Dwayne Thomas! And the beast known as Jamal Adams is a No. 1 pick all the way!

Jalen Collins is projected late 1st round from everywhere I've seen.

I don't think he's first round talent. Just him going in the 2nd round says a lot.

I'd love some big time linebackers too, but the talent at DB is a nice "problem" to have. Linebacker recruiting should improve starting with the current class.

And you think Collins is a first round talent?? LOL I'd be thrilled if he does get taken in the first, but the kid is not a first round talent.

Actually he is, because he will be selected in the 1st round. He tore up the combine after a good junior season. Every mock draft has him as a 1st round talent. Pro scouts have him as a 1st round talent. Your opinion doesn't really matter.

Just checked Walterfootball who devotes all his time following college football and he has Jcollins going 20th overall to Philly.. 1st round.

Not saying I feel he will go 1st round but I do respect almost all the scouts and mocks I have seen him going first round.. The grade is there for him

The only way he drops to early 2nd, is if teams dropped him when he had to have foot surgery recently.

Nobody on here has an opinion that matters! But my two cents is that this draft season is a lil underwhelming if Collins is a No. 1 pick. shite, he isn't nowhere as good as Peterson or Morris Clay. Kid improved last season after being terrible the season before, but still showed flaws.

That's exactly why they're stating what pro scouts and draft analysts have been saying.

Looks like LSU is 2nd now to FSU according to Mullen on Twitter. Not too surprising.

Getting all three of Smith, Mullen, and Fulton at CB is unlikely in the end. Long way until NSD though.
