I don't want to sound to much like a BAMA or Auburn recruiting expert but id say 65%-70% lean to LSU, would that be a fair assessment? I feel a whole lot better about him than I do beckwith that's for sure

Bama decided they didn't want LSU to have the best dline class ever. So the REC has been gathering a fund on Beckwith, Gilmore and Williams since they couldn't outbid Clemson for RN.

Honestly I agree with this. Don't think it matters with Williams but it will next year especially with Fournette. Have to play by the same rules sometimes and we are fully capable. Hell just ask me and I'll give whatever I can. I have no moral disagreements with it. Business is business. Probation is a bitch but we'll be ready for war(in a sense before all the zealots come after me) next year.

Williams is ours.

I feel like Tim is ours to lose right now. But I feel like we need Tim. On Beckwith I don't feel as confident but I think we could get him but he's not as much of a need as Williams

I take it you don't agree with the "anything goes" mentality in recruiting. I've never hid the fact that I'm up for it. We do it anyway or used to anyway. Play ball or go home. The NCAA doesn't care unless it's flaunted in front of them or it becomes so public that they can't ignore it. Cam Newton changed the way schools fear the NCAA.

that's cam. In no way, shape, or form would i risk sanctions behind a Tim Williams type of player that comes along every year in the state

Not that I think it will take it with Williams, but...

The state of Alabama perfected college football programs getting away with anything.

You just can't have a lawsuit (like USC did w/Bush) or a federal investigation (like what happened to tOSU football and Michigan basketball) come up on the side. No subpoenas is please.

Even if it meant he went to Bama and killed us for the next 4 years? What about for a once a decade talent like Fournette who I clearly said it would be needed for? I apologize if my post comes off assholish. I couldn't word it any better. It's not meant in that way.

Oh no. You've opened a can of worms.

If people think that elite prospects can't taste the nfl money as HS seniors, they are blind to our materialistic society. It's like arguing with a rock..... pointless.
