Thoughts on billboards for EEs, commits?

I think in the age of social media, these kids are going to really enjoy this gesture. Another example of how we pull out all the stops to be the best...

Maybe I'm just a curmudgeon, but I'm not a huge fan of putting the individual players up there before they've earned it. I feel like once they've signed their LOI, inflating egos is counterproductive. I get that it is a way to entice unsigned recruits by showing how they will be treated, but I'd prefer they stuck with just the general team one.

They have earned it. They're sticking with the good guys. A little appreciation goes a long way IMHO.
