Quadry Antoine two years ago and Chris Badger 4 years ago were big hitters as well. Maybe not to the degree of Allen but still.
And please don't take this as me not thinking he is a stud. Its a great film and should no doubt be in this discussion.

Absolutely it is the best highlight ever. The big difference between Quadry Antoine/Chris Badger and Allen is they were nailing WRs in the air, Allen does that too but he's also ANNIHILATING actual ball carriers who see him coming.
The hit at 1:37 where he spins the kid like a top.... Words can't even describe
You can find several highlights that look just like Bush, Devine, Clowney etc. There is nothing like the Antonio Allen highlights
