It seems the confidence in Aggieland is growing that he is a sure fire bet to flip to the Aggies. On Texags radio this morning, the Recruiting analyst went so far as to say he wants to be an Aggie. (I'm not sure what would be stopping him)

Rather he do it now than later. Not sure why anyone would want to go to A&M though. Recruiting is a funny game to watch

he's going to decommit from us, flip to rumlin, rumlin passes out from taaka mid game this october, and he'll decommit for a dramatic 2019 cycle. Whatever.

Hopefully O and Grimes can pay him a visit to reassure him everything is fine. The main thing with these young recruits is that they want to feel that attention or love as they put it. No matter if it's a simple phone call or what have you because they want to feel like they are needed, they need attention at that age stroking their fragile egos or whatever. That's what I remember from playing ball at that age and being around my peers, you like that attention and when you don't get it, you start to drift and it's easy for somebody else to come along telling you shite to sway you in their direction. But Green is a really good football player and OLineman, would hate to lose that kid.

I wouldn't hold my breathe with green right now... sucks but he'll more than likely end up down there but it just means we will have another spot for a stacked class!

It's not like he's a 3* that we can replace with a better player. He's basically a 5* tackle, something we haven't landed in about 6 years

LSU should try and stay in contact with all Aggie commits. Change is imminent.

Because Turner is one of the best o line coaches in the country. He's put a lot of guys in the NFL.

And frick Texags radio, you can't get more homer then that site and radio station. It's a different world in College Station. The most delusional fan base in America.

Quote from Kardell Thomas yesterday........

quote:

"I am No. 1 at my position, so everyone looks at me and says he has to stay the top guy and he can lead us,” Thomas said. "I feel it, and I talk to different guys all the time. I am close with Maurice Hampton and Kenyon Green, and we are all focused on the same thing."

It may just be my opinion but if I was a recruit that was good enough to play at any college that I chose then there is no freaking way that I am living in College Station and playing for perennial losers even if Vince Lombardi was my position coach lol.

I know he is and the staff better be on his arse to keep him! Green would be a huge get I was just saying there are a few highly ranked OT's interested next year if the worst case scenario happens and we lose him

It's your opinion as you say, but you are being biased in your opinion because A&M hasn't exactly been perennial losers. They've finished 8-5 a few seasons and gone to bowl games, so they have been competitive, and they have beaten Alabama and given them fits every time they play them. I'm no A&M fan and don't want to see Green decommit and go there, but they have a quality program I must admit. They have been outstanding on offense, but suck arse on defense. LSU has them figured out and owns them, but no one else has. They always start off the season strong and fizzle from the middle to the end. If they can ever get a defense they would be a legit threat.

Not sure what you term competitive with Bama the last 3 seasons,, 59-0,41-23, and 33-14. If thats competitive I bet Bama thinks we scared them BAD!!

They have put 1st rounders in the NFL. La'El's situation hurt LSU though innocent and could have paid dividends.

Bama blows everybody out once they wear you down, brah, but they've been more competitive than LSU at least for a half -lol, even beat the damn people, something LSU has yet to figure out.
