Special training at local gym dedicated to speed. Dots, ladder, plyo, running with bungee around waste both resistance and assistance.

Nephew has gone to NUC, Rivals, FBU, and SPARQ. SPARQ was by far his favorite. He went to the one in Arlington last year. He scored 58.41 as an 8th grader. There was an 8th grade RB from Missouri there that scored 88.11!!!

JJ27, is your nephew a linebacker? If I am assuming correct he is a fine young man and I look forward to his next three years. He will be fun to watch.

My son will be a freshman next year. His numbers are looking pretty good right now. He has a chance to set the squat and power clean records at Good Hope by the end of the year.

Nope, not JB. He is indeed an outstanding young man. Great player, but even better character. Nephew is QB.

That's right. I remember hearing that now from my brothers. I am excited about the potential of the team over the next three to four years and to see how some of the young men progress.
