That makes me feel good about our chances actually.
You can tell how biased it is by the fact that OU hasn't been in with Wilson all year and now based on one quote, the guy thinks they're firmly in the mix
But he says Phillips is torn. Coming from such a OU homer, good news for LSU.

OU has set an in-home with Phillips Friday. I hope O and Co. will have a chance to counter. Or he will decommit and shut things down as a Tiger.

He's developed a relationship with those guys. He could very well stay in touch with everyone all the way through the process and through school.

i believe phillips is really torn and to me it shows what kind of young man he is. He isnt so quick to backing out of a commitment. I think that is a good quality for any person to have. However, in this case his backing out would most definitely give him a better opportunity for his future. But im just a homer.

This comes down to one thing, forget the NFL, those OU guys have no clue. Aranda is our secret weapon, this guy has just begun. Our current LBrs are some of the best in the NFL right now, Add Beckwith and 3* soon to be millionair Duke Riley and LSU has a big cat in the fight as well when it comes to development. Those guys are idiots if they think they can compete with LSU for recruits. The draw to come play early w Aranda should seal the deal with Phillips, and Big Marv loves LSU and coach O, he's real. This is a desperate last ditch effort but will fail in the end. Just can't compete by putting on a jersey. Come on man, nice try I guess. LSU will finish strong. GT

Yeah that's a load of bullshite. Phillips hasn't done any interviews so I highly doubt he responded to these random fricks. He's talked to our coaches every day since he left campus as well.

Seems to me if Phillips is already committed to OU but needs to set a date for a decision it would bold well for us.

It's not like this is some last minute flirtation. His family came on their own dime.
