Says he wants to be a filmmaker, or is at least more interested in it than football. Will stay on at UCLA, just as a student.
It's actually great that he does this now instead of wasting two+ years doing something his heart wasn't 100% into. Don't know what the future holds, but to lump him in with his dad and call him a pothead just by association, is not responsible.

good post... if the young man doesn't want to play football anymore, good for him to have the nuts to step up and make that decision... no reason to be out on that field, with others counting on you, if your heart isn't in it anymore... very grown up decision....

All the recent promos and pub that Ice Cube's son is getting for his role in playing his dad in Straight Outta Compton and that OJ, Ice's son studied at USC for film making... Snoops' son prolly wants some of that rather than getting yelled at and running wind sprints.

i don't see the correlation between filmmaker and pothead... but then again, i guess making assumptions about the guy, whom no one here knows other than the topical stuff, is something you do....
