Dillon Moses made a few trips. His dad has been to quite a few practices. Bama, LSU and Texas battle. LSU’s season will go a long way in putting themselves in good shape with Moses.

Davonte Smith has been to a lot of practices. Most talented WR out of LA since Landry and OBJ. Bama leads by a lot right now, but LSU in better shape then they have been.

More than likely will only be looking to take about 2 WR’s this recruiting class.

Tyler Dunning LBer out of Florida. Aranda has been on him and he really likes Aranda a lot. If Aranda offers he will take it. Top 10 LBer.

Recruiting East Texas really well with Chaisson and a few others.

I would love for LSU to pull a surprise and land Smith. If the passing game can have a 2013 type year this season, I think we can get him.

You're probably right, but I can remember the same being said about willie allen and tyron Johnson in the past as well

I have hope that we can get devante ,but I am hoping the staff learned from Felipe franks and erick fowler...we almost missed on Lindsey Scott because we waited even though coach cam was in touch through out the whole recruiting process, its the late offer I am making the point about.

The staff knew they had Scott in their back pocket if they needed to get him. They went for the highest rated guys they could get. They did the right thing and it all worked out in the end.

Smith is by no means a lost cause. Craig is making a lot of progress with him.

According to a lot of people Rashard Lawrence was all Bama. I do believe that Smith is a harder pull than Lawrence, but not impossible.

Pretty sure they refer to Houston as East Texas. East Texas would be considered Japer up to Tyler/Longview for normal people.

I assume they are referring to Deculus, Chaisson, Delpit, Wilson and a few others.

What some of you might not understand is Smith's equivalent to his handler is at Alabama. When Smith decommitted from UGA it was no coincidence it came literally right after that guy left their staff. He ends up at Alabama and now Alabama has a big lead...

There is no way they knew they had Scott, come on man. The first thing they should have done was offer him earlier in that recruiting year. At one point it seemed like they were trying for 2 QBs so it made even less sense to not go for him early on.

The QB position is something LSU seriously can't afford to miss on. Scott actually decided not to go to a guy who will run a Baylor type of offense with very little competition. I'm really glad he decided to come here.

I'm glad they finally went after Scott especially with all the recent misses at QB in recruiting.
If LSU gets Narcisse I bet Scott never sees the field at QB.
