My understanding is that he let TCU coaches know, a week before NSD, that he was reconsidering. If this is true, then no, he should not be bashed.
If TCU coaches entered NSD with his affirmed commitment, then yes, he should be.

Fowler was committed to LSU for a very long time and never once indicated to the coaches he was even wavering, let alone straight up going elsewhere. The coaches find out live as he made another decision.. with the rest of us..
Sci Martin has decommitted from TCU and everyone understands he's making a decision..

I have heard different, and either way I'll concede finding out a week before signing day isn't much better. Overall, it's a much smaller issue than we make it.

I hope he flips. I just like to mess with the hypocrites that bash kids when they flip from LSU but have no problem when a kids flip to LSU even on NSD. It sucks for the program that loses the commit but it's part of the recruiting game.

I actually have one of those Billy Ripken FF cards. Don't ask for a pic, I'd literally have to drag boxes of my cards out of the attic to find it. I must have 10K cards, been wanting to get them out and sell them, or use them as firewood, depending on value.
