Rivals.com Louisiana Postseason Top 75 2009

Most 'Top 75' Commits (as of 1/26/09):

9 - LSU
9 - La. Tech
5 - Tulane
4 - Tulsa
3 - Arkansas
3 - Texas A&M
2 - Kansas St.
2 - Kentucky
1 - Alabama
1 - Army
1 - Auburn
1 - McNeese St.
1 - Michigan
1 - Miss. St.
1 - Northwestern
1 - SMU
1 - Southern Miss.
1 - TCU
1 - UCF
1 - ULM
1 - Vanderbilt

Congrats to La. Tech./Coach Dooley - they've done a nice job this recruiting season.
I blame Tulane, ULM and ULL for not securing a higher number of the top LA recruits.
I'm curious to see the final numbers after signing day.

Rivals seems to like QB Barrett Bailey a good bit (5.6 3-star, #28 in state). Why does this guy not have any DIA offers though? His only offer is from Northwestern State and a preferred walk-on to LSU?

Shouldn't Tulane, ULL, ULM, LA Tech etc... be all over this guy?
