I agree. There's no need to pick on 17 and 18 year olds. I have no problem having a section of guys who's stock is dropping but you don't need to single out these kids as being the worst at X, Y, or Z. I had very little respect for rivals before, now I have none.

If that kid could can transform his body and get rid of some bad weight, he could be one of the best guards LSU has ever had.

He does appear to be a special player. Seems like the type of kid that never takes a play off. I'm curious to know how often he loses a rep. Especially at the high school level. I bet he breaks kids in high school. Just breaks their will early. Animal.

You can comment on why a high schooler didn't win an award, but no need to give him one to point out to everyone else their flaws. These athletes are still amateurs competing in the game they love.

No one is saying give everyone 6 stars. All we are saying is that it isn't right to purposefully humiliate high school kids.
Like I said earlier, if he wanted to have a section with a list of kids whose stock took a hit, that's fine. That's just reporting his observations.
What this dick weed decided to do was write a column designed to specifically Tear down these kids for his own personal gain. He wasn't trying to give his readers insight on who looked good and who looked bad, he was picking in these kids to get clicks.
