Justin Hokanson @JHokanson

Five-star LB Reuben Foster tells me he's decommitted from Auburn. Georgia, LSU, Miami and Washington in contention.

Agreed... this is why I think we have more of a chance than many on here believe (no source, just logic)

Go back to Bama (with that tat and the way it went down) = not so much

Georgia (with 2 highly rated LB) = maybe, but playing time very limited

LSU (minter possibly leaving, if not this yr they obviously in 1 yr for Foster to learn the system) = playing time for a school competing for Nation Championships = YES PLEASE

Why would washington seem laughable? Ever been up there? Pretty nice area of the country. Drizzle rain a lot but really pretty and cool area.

well washington seems laughable because he's a black kid from alabama. the other schools are all concentrated very close to his home state, majority sec if you include auburn. washington's program is not on the level of the others, isnt he a 5*?

i've never been, but have some friends who live up there and others who have lived there in the past. i would say it's a very nice area of the country, the state has really diverse scenery. this was strictly from a football standpoint. i dont know much about the kid or his recruitment history, possibly there is something obvious that draws him to UW that i dont know about

UGA would make the most sense, he actually lived in Georgia before he moved to Auburn. Maybe a smart thing to do would be to hire Trooper, he is a great coach and can recruit big-time. Finding space for him on the coaching staff is obviously one of the catches but If we did hire him I would think that Foster might not be the only recruit we would have a great chance of getting. They do have two 5 star DE in that recruiting class that I am sure Taylor would be able to sway also. Sounds crazy but to me makes a lot of sense, guy can coach and recruit why not keep him a Tiger. Auburn has been signing great classes Gene just didn't know how to coach them up.
