I actually have no idea who I am going to draft in this round. To me, every player has a ton of potential but no one stands out.
I really love about 5 guys who are all around the same position. I just don't want to reach for them. I am talking about 5 guys who I could get in the third round or so.

Finally, with the now 11th pick of the 2012 RMD, I select............ARIK ARMSTEAD ATH OREGON!!!
Armstead is a 6'8 290 pound MONSTER. An athletic freak on the football field and basketball court. Scout has him as the second best player overall in the country and 247 has him 4th overall. Rivals has him 61 but as well all know, frick rivals.
Although he would probably be the best LT in the country if he chose to play there, his heart is on defense. He will be a DE at oregon. Armstead will play from day one and maybe even start right away as a true freshman. A perfect fit for 3 dline sets.
For being as big as he is, he has a lightning fast first step and if you watch his highlights he not only mauls people but he does with "swag". Moves like a small forward and hits like a locomotive.
I'm very excited to have Armstead on my team.
And here's to Armstead knocking THE shite out of Matt Barkley next year.

NP....i think he will be solid at whatever position he plays.

For me it was DGB, Edwards, then Armstead.
Always feels good when other drafters like your pick. Not like when I picked Bronson Kafusi DE BYU in like the 3rd round. and one guy informed me that he recently broke his leg and another guy informed me that he was taking a 2 year mission before going to BYU.

I selected Chris Badger, Safety in the first draft we did in 2010. It wasn't until after I drafted him that I found out that he was taking the same mission before going to Notre Dame. He should be arriving in March to begin his football career.

The top 50-100 picks are usually the same guys, just in differnt orders. It's rounds 10 and after or so when people over value and under value guys that I like it and feel like I'm not totally off base.
