Recruiting is Sales, it's never the prospects fault

When they choose what they feel is the most beneficial situation for them. It's always the salesman's job to determine which prospects provide the most mutually beneficial fit, listen to the prospect to determine their desires, needs, and pain, qualify if they are a fit, then help the prospect discover what we already know.

Bottom line, lsu coaching staff has done a poor job of handling the sales process recently and have allowed the product to become a "not fit" for our targets.

it's a sales reps job to meet/beat quota, at the end of signing day, look at the class and see how it stacks up...
