Saban already talked to him about being a future captain for their team.

Satan knows exactly what to say to get a hook into a guy. How can Satan have already formed an opinion that this guy will be a captain? Just shows what he will do to get a recruit. It's just crap.

Nevertheless, this is not good. We are now less than 50% IMO.

Rashard will be a Tiger...frick bama.

If we lose him it's safe to say Bama has a lock on Monroe. Cam Robinson, hootie Jones, and Denzel Duval. I know we got the wr receiver from Neville but 1/5 is not a good ratio.

Well, we do have a verbal from Cameron Lewis, the safety from Wossman, but I know what you're saying.

To be fair, Napier is here a ton. I like some of the things LSU has started doing in the area since O has come aboard though.

Cam was the only one that mattered

Adams for Hootie was a trade off I'll take any day of the week.

Not true. You allowed them to establish a presence. Now there's kids still at Bama that are recruiting Lawrence. Its more than Cam, and I said that when it went down.

Well we got Edwin Alexander, Glen logan and are leading for Stephon Taylor so we are doing alright. Losing Rashard Lawrence would suck but I wouldn't be surprised if Les and coach O pull in a surprise high caliber DT.

Saban established that presence while at LSU

Great looking player but no different from the other nose tackle Neville had that went to TexasTech.

Just an observation.

Studrawa hurt us with Devall and Cam.

ETA: I'm okay with not offering Sims during the 2014 cycle.

Maybe so, but I stand by my original post. Only "loss" for LSU was Cam. The bigger issue is coaches planted at La schools to poach.

I don't think Lawrence has handlers pushing him to bama though. I think O will be all over Lawrence until the end.

And that would be who's fault for not recruiting the area hard? West Monroe has sent LSU the most players since 1995 and Miles stops recruiting the area? BTW, I talked to Lawrence's uncle a few weeks back and he feels confident that he is headed to LSU.

He is close to his uncle, Oliver, who played at LSU from 1986-1989.

Get it going O.
Best DL in class. We can't let this happen.
