“You know, I loved LSU since I was a kid. My family lives up there, so that makes them [at] the top of my list,” he told SEC Country. “It’s close between them and Florida State, but LSU gets the edge because of those two things. Another thing is that it feels almost like home, so that’s a major key.”

Come on down Patrick. Our last Patrick from Florida did pretty well.

I think we get him but I thought we had Wilson also. Patrick S is another story though. The Tigers will be landing the big names in baulk soon, have to give this coaching staff a chance at a full year so recruits can see how dominant this team can be. That's when the real recruiting happens, and if they pulled in a class like thy did this past year with promises, along with all the negative recruiting that went on, it looks promising IMO. GT

Keep an eye on his teammate at American Heritage weak side DE/OLB Andrew Chatfield.

LSU will have to fight like hell to sign Surtain Jr. Him, Kelvin Joseph, and Anthony Cook would be the greatest CB class of all time.

You know the genetics are obviously there but think about the tutoring he received from his father that also coaches him. Kid has an exciting future. Come on down Mr. Surtain

Seems like we've lost this battle too often lately. Gotta make Jimbo wish he never stayed put.

He's a really nice kid from what I gathered. I set by he and his dad for the bama game. I tried to push my LSU agenda on them and they just laughed. I told him to stop waiting and just go ahead and commit.

Don't tell anybody but he's been placed on double secret probation.
